Cleanliness: Spotless rooms and common areas. Hotel facilities: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a lovely balcony in the suite. Parking: Convenient basement car park with lift access. Location in the quiet residential area: Peaceful surroundings despite being close to the city center and airport.

Quality hotel in amazing corner of Bascue cost away from crowds and main touristic paths. Nice location in 20 minutes walk from the Arriatera beach (most lovely beach was being visited during our 2 weeks trip along the Basque cost from Getxo to Zarautz) and 8-10 minutes walk from Bilbao metro station. Very helpful staff speaking very good English and striving to address any issues.
Rooms are not enough sound proof so you may hear too much noise from other rooms and corridor. Free bicycles hire indicated in the hotel description was not available during our stay. In addition we had some troubles to find good restaurant in Sopelana were they are mainly limited with Pintxo Bars.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The location, nestled in a quiet residential area, is perfect for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast is delightful with fresh products daily.

Good hotel with English speaking staff. Great location - 200 mts from Metro to Bilbao and 25 min walk to very good beach with shops and restaurants on doorstep. Free secure garage parking a good benefit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also situated close to a beautiful beach, allowing guests to enjoy the sun and sand. the hotel is just a short distance from the city center, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions.
The room lacked adequate lighting, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The hotel was close to the beaches and offered a nice breakfast with a lot of options available. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. , the hotel suite was spacious and well-furnished, with wooden floors and a comfortable big bed. The bathroom was perfect, with a bath tub and shower possibilities. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting both the Basque coastline and Bilbao. We enjoyed the facilities, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere at the hotel.
Although the hotel had good services, it seemed to lack the attention to detail necessary when it comes to staying in a hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned and the staff seemed to be running the hotel at a minimum of costs.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was very close to the metro station which made it easy to get to my meetings in the city. the breakfast was really good too, with a lot of options to choose from. the staff were super nice and helpful, which is always a plus when traveling alone. the room was also very clean and well-maintained.
The noise level. the walls were quite thin and I could hear people talking in the hallway and in the rooms next door.
